All officer and Chairman reports were excluded from Lodge Executive Committee meeting. The Committee Chairmen were approved Lodge Chief, Andrew Schrack, presented his order of succession Merchandise Chairman, Cody Bailey, proposed a villain and super hero patch set. The Villain patch would be given at LOAC, while the Hero patch would be given at Fellowship. A Joker and Riddler bear patches were submitted. Lodge Chief, Andrew Schrack, opened the floor for discussion and the matter of trademarks was brought up by Vice-Chief of Activities, Tim Barker. A Hyades vs. Zeus patch was discussed, but not voted on. The LEC had an informal vote that was in favor of the split patch idea. Vice-Chief of Finance, James Chapman, proposed the 2012 budget and the LEC approved it. The Conclave budget is projected for 50 participants and no transportation for the lodge. The NOAC budget was projected for 25 participants.
